StyleupK now provides exchanges from Singapore instock collection for you.
Whether your item is from the Singapore instock collection or was shipped from Korea, you can now request for a product exchange to any of Singapore instock items within 7 days of receiving the product.
We do not provide any refund for any a lower priced replacement product. If you would like to replace with a higher priced item, we accept top up via Paynow.
We do exchanges via meetup or local courier only. You will need to pay for local courier exchanges.
*Please ensure exchange products are brand new with tags attached and packed in their original brand packaging. Exchanges will be rejected if this point is not adhered to.
We currently do not offer return or refunds.
Exchanges and returns
As items are sent directly from Korea, they are not refundable or exchangeable. Thus, we recommend to confirm the sizes before purchase. As we sell many international brands, their sizes are consistent globally. You can also refer to the size guide under each product to confirm the sizes.
In the event that you would like to request for returns or exchanges for any reason, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. All requests will be internally evaluated and buyers may have to pay for two-way international delivery fees.
