StyleupK is located at Yongsan, the middle of the capital city of Seoul, South Korea. If you are unsure where Yongsan is, it is close to Myeongdong, Seoul station on subway line number 1.

We ship Korean items worldwide from our Seoul office.

We also have an office located in Singapore. We ship Singapore instock items from our Singapore office.

3. Send a whatsapp message via the chat button at the bottom side side of the StyleupK website (recommended).

For sales, bulk purchases and other enquiries, feel free to write to us at contact@styleupk.com.

Special requests when orders are made:-

For all packages shipped from Korea or Singapore, they are all packed in one single vinyl package. In the event that you would like to ship a certain item from the order to a different address, please contact our team for top up and processing.

If you are sending the item as a gift, and would like to include a message or remove the price tag, please include the request under the comments section when you make the order. It would be best to also send a reminder via email or Instagram message too! 

In the case of shoes, the shoe box might be slightly dented from the international delivery. If you would like to collect the shoe box, you can opt to send the items in a box. Please write to us and we will advise the additional cost.

If you had been disappointed due to any reason, feel free to contact us too. We promise to work on those areas to provide better service. 

If there is any item out of stock, we will inform you via the contact you have registered.

If there is any delay in shipment due to the brand restocking or sudden flight schedule changes due to local COVID-19 situation, we will update you asap.

If we happen to send you a wrong product, we will send the correct one to you again at no additional cost.
